Shipping Policy
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. CSLRN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories included
- Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Return

- We will confirm your return request within 2 business days and provide further instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our return address below

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is fully covered by CSLRN
- Change of mind / non-quality returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that any customs duties or import fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kell@cslrn.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
