At CSLRN, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. All CSLRN leather goods are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
- Stitching defects
- Hardware failures (zippers, clasps, snaps)
- Structural defects in the leather or wood
- Interior lining defects (suede or velvet separation)
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Discolouration due to exposure to water, sunlight, or chemicals
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at kell@cslrn.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]
- Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue
- We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
Warranty Resolution Options
- Repair – We will repair the defective item where possible
- Replacement – We will send a replacement item of the same model
- Refund – A full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the circumstances
Care Tips to Protect Your Warranty
- Store leather products away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth only – avoid chemical cleaners
- Do not overload watch rolls or boxes beyond their intended capacity
