At CSLRN, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. All CSLRN leather goods are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

What Is Covered

  • Stitching defects
  • Hardware failures (zippers, clasps, snaps)
  • Structural defects in the leather or wood
  • Interior lining defects (suede or velvet separation)

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Discolouration due to exposure to water, sunlight, or chemicals
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Loss or theft

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at kell@cslrn.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]
  2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue
  3. We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

Warranty Resolution Options

  • Repair – We will repair the defective item where possible
  • Replacement – We will send a replacement item of the same model
  • Refund – A full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the circumstances

Care Tips to Protect Your Warranty

  • Store leather products away from direct sunlight and moisture
  • Clean with a soft, dry cloth only – avoid chemical cleaners
  • Do not overload watch rolls or boxes beyond their intended capacity
